Megan The Stallion Documentary ‘In Her Words’ Coming to Prime Oct 31

“In Her Words” is the new documentary featuring Megan Thee Stallion set to arrive on streaming Halloween Day. The project chronicles a two-year period and will give fans a closer look at her career, challenges, personal life and so much more.

“This upcoming documentary spends two years in the life of rapper and singer Megan Thee Stallion.” The doc synopsis reads. “It takes viewers behind the scenes as the global superstar recovers from a 2020 shooting incident and grapples with the perils of fame (among other things). You’ve heard the hot takes and read the stories—now go straight to the source.”
2024 has been a standout year for the Houston native. In addition to wrapping up her Hot Girl Summer Tour last month, Meg leads the pack for this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards with 12 nominations, followed by 2024 heavyweight MC Kendrick Lamar. .
BET has officially announced the return of Grammy-nominated artist and media personality Fat Joe as the host and co-executive producer for the third year in a row. This year’s awards show, set to take place in a brand new location in Las Vegas on October 8, will air on October 15, 2024, at 8 PM ET/PT on BET.
Other notable contenders include Cardi B, GloRilla, Metro Boomin, and Nicki Minaj, each earning 7 nominations. Future and Travis Scott also secured impressive recognition, each with 6 nominations.
