The Promotion begins on Monday, January 6, 2025 and ends on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

There two Entry Methods:

o   Text Message Entry

o   On-Site Entry Registration

There will be a total of Forty-Eight (48) winners (the “Winner(s)” or “Qualifying Winner(s)”) for this Promotion: Thirty-Eight (38) via the Text Message Entry Method and Ten (10) via the On-Site Entry Method.

Text Message Entry:

The Text Message Entry Period begins on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 and ends on Friday, February 14, 2025.  Each weekday during the Text Message Entry Period, listeners are encouraged to tune into the Station to hear the twice-daily keyword announcements, to occur at approximately 7:55 AM and 3:55 PM (each, an “Announcement”).  After the Announcement, participants have thirty (30) minutes to text the correct keyword to the number provided to receive one (1) Entry.  After thirty minutes, Station staff will select one (1) Qualifying Winner from among all correct entries from that announcement.

On-Site Entry:

The On-Site Entry Period begins on Monday, January 6, 2025 and ends on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM.  During the On-Site Entry Period, participants may register in-person at Shabana Motors, located at 9811 Southwest Fwy, Houston, TX 77074 (the “Venue”), during normal operating hours, to register.  All On-Site Entries must be received by the Station by 7:00 PM Saturday, February 15, 2025.

On each of the following dates at approximately 9:55 AM, the Station will select and announce a Winner from amongst all eligible On-Site entries received to date:

Maximum Number of Entries:

Participants may enter in response to multiple Announcements provided they have not previously been selected as a Winner.  Participants may enter no more than once via the On-Site Entry Method.  After being selected, a Winner is ineligible to make any additional Entries regardless of Entry Method.

In order to claim a Prize, Qualifying Winners must attend in-person the prize drawing event (the “Event”) to be held at the Venue on Saturday, February 22, 2025.  Winners may begin signing in at approximately 11:30 AM.  Upon signing in, Winners will be provided with a laminated card for use in the prize drawing.  All Qualifying Winners who sign in at the Event will be awarded a Prize, provided they remain on the premises until their name is called.

Drawings will commence at approximately 12:00 PM.  As each Winner’s name is called, they will be awarded the corresponding prize:

·       The first Forty-Five (45) Winners drawn will each be awarded the Consolation Prize.

·       The Forty-Sixth (46^th) Winner drawn will be awarded the Semi-Finalist Prize.

·       The Forty-Seventh (47^th) Winner drawn will be awarded the Finalist Prize.

·       The Forty-Eighth (48^th) Winner drawn will be awarded the Grand Prize.

Qualifying Winners who do not attend the Event and/or leave the Venue before their name is drawn will forfeit the Prize without substitution.

·       Semi-Finalist Prize: Personal check in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000).

·       Finalist Prize: Personal check in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000).

·       Grand Prize: Personal check in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).

The Winner agrees to look solely to applicable Prize Provider with respect to any claims, losses, or disputes in connection the element of the Prize provided by such party.  The Station is not responsible for any failure of Prize Provider to deliver the Prize or any elements of the Prize.
