Raq & Marvin Are About Their Business In Exclusive Clip From ‘Power Book III: Raising Kanan’
The Thomas family doesn’t play when it comes to their money.
Things are heating up in Southside Jamaica Queens. With Unique (Joey Bada$$) out there messing up her business, Raq (Patina Miller) feels tons of pressure coming at her in all directions to ensure her operation stays profitable and that she doesn’t look soft.
After a series of hits on her locations, her associates in the Chinese restaurant businesses that serve as a front for her drug operation are nervous after the deaths of relatives and workers at the warehouses.
In this exclusive clip, Raq and Marvin (London Brown) pull up on Terry’s brother, David, to ensure the product is still moving, but they are not happy to see it just sitting on the docks.
Marvin, who we all know has a very short temper, pressures David, while Raq lets him know that when you do business with the Thomas family, there is no easy way out.
Raq gives David an ultimatum: get the product in the streets, or both he and Terry will end up dead like their mother. David quickly agrees to talk with his brother because a pissed-off Raq and Marvin is a situation anyone does not want to deal with.
It looks like we are in for another intense episode of Raising Kanan this week.
