HCSO: Man Grabs Girl In Walmart Restroom

Local news station Channel 2 KPRC is reporting that Francis Jordan Horger, 37, has been arrested after grabbing an eight year old girl in a Wal-Mart store in Humble.  He was also charged with unlawful restraint of a child.
