FACT:  Americans buy almost 600 pounds of candy each year for Halloween.
FACT:  More than ten-percent of annual candy sales take place in the days prior to Halloween.
FACT:  Google searches for gluten-free candy are currently 20-percent higher than searches for sugar-free candy.
FACT:  October 28th is the day of the year with the most candy sales.
