These ratchet rumors are according to a source who spoke with Diary of a Hollywood Street King, who also claims mother Shirlene, in the midst of heavy drug use, practically gave up her teen daughter to the then 23-year-old Kirk!
“Kirk’s from Harlem, and his family is about them streets. Shirlene, couldn’t do anything to save Rasheeda from the molester, because she was doing them drugs.”
