Who else likes a good McMuffin?
It appears that McDonald’s making some changes to a few of their restaurant’s food items.
Don’t worry, they’ve decided to make the changes for the best…
First of all, they’re getting rid of margarine and swapping it for real butter on their McMuffins, biscuits and bagels.
That’s just the beginning too because they also changed their burgers too… they increased the size of their infamous quarter-pounder patty from 4 ounces (raw) to 4.25 (raw).
It’s common knowledge that when meat cooks, it shrinks and when their 4 ounce patties cook, they normally shrink 2.8 ounces.
So what they’ve decided to do is give you more cooked meat in your burgers.
Along with more meat, the restaurant also decided to post their buns an extra five seconds in order to make them 15 degrees warmer.
The CEO Steve Easterbrook said, “These little things add up to big differences for our customers. We’re recommitting to tastier food across the menu.”
