Episode 304 is by far the season’s most intense episode and keep in mind we’re not even half-way through season 3 YET! The episode opens up with the women in Ghost’s life preparing for the day on separate ends.
Ghost is on the phone with Tasha and the topic of discussion is their son Tariq who got in trouble for bringing Angela’s gun to school.
Tasha with her tremendous gift of gab rectified the situation without them having to kick Riq out school permanently. Tasha reveals to Ghost that she has to volunteer at the school because of terms of the punishment on top of Riq having to see a therapist. She reassured Ghost that she will talk to Riq and tell him what questions he can answer truthfully and which ones to maneuver around. Tasha asks Ghost if he can pick up Riq from the therapist office but Ghost tells her he can’t do it because he has an important meeting he can’t miss.Tasha points out that the Tariq needs to know his dad is a priority in his life and that he needs show his face at the house every once in a while.
Ghost then asks if they can’t come to him how is he supposed to see them? Tasha lets him know he can see them anytime he wants. They just can’t come to Angela’s house no more, she then adds she don’t need Raina coming home with a switch blade.
Well damn! Angela is carefully listening and is feeling sorry for everything that happened.Once Ghost ends the phone call with Tasha she immediately apologizes to him. Ghost knows she is sorry for what happened and she promises it won’t ever happen it again. Angela then brings up the fact her sister Paz is coming over and if she want’s Ghost to cancel? He tells her no because he knows how important it is to her.
Now what is *sarcastic voice* America’s favorite television couple up to?
A very intense sex scene of course, what else would they be doing? While Tommy is going to work, Angela looks like she has a thousand things running through her mind. Well we definitely know for a fact it’s the thought her being pregnant and what measures is Tommy taking to Kill Ghost.
Holly suggests to Tommy that maybe he should hire a hitman to take out Ghost. Tommy scoffs at the idea because Lobos insists that he should be the guy to handle the job. Holly was like:
Tommy leaves to do some pickups, Holly picks up her phone and dials up the clinic and starts to weigh her options when it comes to the baby.
Meanwhile in D.C., Jukebox got the crew together and they are going over the plans for their job.
Jukebox is one bad ass character might I add, anyway she’s out laying out the roles for each person. Since Wookie is no longer breathing that leaves one job open and guess who wants it?
That’s right Kanan and he is looking in much better shape, that definitely spells trouble for Ghost. His presence is not immediately well received as he is questioned by Jukebox’s boys. One even goes as far as to call him “gimpanzee” yikes. Kanan let’s the young man know he better chill cause he has no clue who he’s talking to. Jukebox settles everyone down and says the final decision will come from her and no one else. She dismisses the team, but she has some words for Kanan.
She question’s if Kanan can even handle a gun and he insists he can, she pretty much checks Kanan by saying she is willing to bet he can’t even jerk off yet.
Jukebox leaves and that’s where nurse Candie comes in to administer her own form of rehab. Knowing already Candie has developed a thing for Jukebox’s cousin she want’s to see if Kanan can use his bad hand to pleasure himself. Kanan proves Jukebox wrong during the intense self-love session between both him and Candie, Candie then invites Kanan to assist her. I might add this was a very, very and I do mean VERY revealing scene. Kanan is initially worried about Jukebox, but he shouldn’t be worried about her at all.
Jukebox is in the other room listening to it all go down. Candie comes upstairs and informs her boo that his hands most definitely work.
Back in NYC, Ghost is meeting with his new head of security Dean.
Dean informs Ghost that after a few days of personal details that his guys didn’t spot anything that Ghost should be concerned about. Ghost thanks Dean for all of his hard work and decides to keep the personal security for a little bit longer just in case. Dean then asks if there should be anything or someone to keep an eye out for pointing out that it would help his team better keep Ghost safe. Ghost reassured him it’s just club matters and nothing more. I got my eye on this Dean guy cause there is definitely something going on with him.
Angela is still feeling bad about the whole Riq and the gun issue and decides to go see Tasha.
Tasha immediately see’s Angela sitting in her building’s lobby and immediately reacts like:
Knowing the visit is out of the ordinary Tasha immediately assumes the worst and asks if anything has happened to Ghost. Angela tells her that Ghost is fine and that the reason she is there is talk to her, she tells Tasha she got Riq’s record expunged and that she is sorry. Tasha isn’t trying to hear it, she tells Angela that she didn’t do the good deed for Riq or herself but she did it for Ghost. To add insult to injury Tasha tells Angela as long as she stays in “this thing” with Ghost she will be doing things for Ghost for the rest of her life.
Tommy finally catches up with Jae Shin to pick up his payment.
Jae Shin hands over the money telling Tommy the issue of the stepped on product has been taken care off. Dylan is looking very defeated after chopping off his finger as punishment and shaving his head. Tommy of course realizing what happened rubs it in subtly by squeezing Dylan’s disfigured hand during Dylan’s apology for being greedy. Dylan is clearly embarrassed and looks at Tommy with utter disgust.

Greg is in good spirits, it looks like he finally got the big break in his case he needs to bring down Ghost, Tommy and Lobos.
Greg and Medina are celebrating Greg’s breakthrough in the case over some beers. Greg thanks Medina for the tips that lead him to the whereabouts of Ruiz and tells him he’s heading out there that night. Medina congratulates Greg on the accomplishment and says at least he didn’t have to “suck dick” like Angela to get to the top. Greg was like:
Greg quickly checks Medina and tells him that Angela didn’t perform any sexual favors for Mike to get to the top. Hmmm looks like someone still has some feelings for Angela.
Angela and Ghost new life together isn’t going as smoothly as both of them hoped it would.
Ghost has been clearly waiting for Angela to walk through that door cause he had a lot on his mind.
Ghost already knows that Angela went to see Tasha and calls her out on it. He thanks her for helping out Riq but tells her when it comes to his “wife” she needs to ask for permission to go see her. Angela was like:
Angela wasn’t to thrilled to hear Ghost still use the word wife in regards to Tasha even though technically they are still married. She then tell’s Ghost she doesn’t need his permission to do anything but Ghost let her know when it comes to Tasha yes she does. The tense encounter between the couple is stopped by a knock on the door. Ghost looks at Angela and asks if she’s going to answer the door? Angela is over it for the moment but goes to answer the door anyway like:
It’s her sister Paz at the door and things get even more interesting as soon she gets in. Nosey ass Paz discovers that Ghost paid the rent for Angela and points out that Angela pays for her own things and doesn’t depend on a man. Angela then asks Ghost why would he do that? Ghost uses Angela’s response of having good intentions on her when she was explaining why she went to see Tasha. Ghost is so damn slick!
At Ghost’s old home Tasha is having a talk with their young son Riq.
Tasha explains to Riq that Angela made his record go away. Tasha tells RIq to not say more than doesn’t have to and to basically not reveal any of the family secrets.
Back at Angela’s the moods lighten up a little bit.
Things seem to be going well after they started off rocky since Paz’s arrival. Things get awkward again when Paz asks if Ghost still hangs out with Tommy? Ghost tells Paz they don’t talk anymore, trying to move on Ghost then asks Paz about her son and she tells him all is well with him. Paz then asks Ghost about his kids and how are they handling the “divorce”? Ghost and Angela were like:
Paz puts two and two together and discovers that Ghost is in fact not divorced yet. Angela lets her sister know that he’s working on it but Paz isn’t buying it. Over the awkwardness Angela leaves the table leaving Ghost and Paz to talk some more. Trying to make peace he offers Paz’s son a job at the club but she turns it down stating she doesn’t want to put her son in awkward position just in case things between Angela and Ghost don’t work out.
We zap back to D.C. and the heist is officially in motion.
Kanan is back doing what he does best and that’s crime and inflicting terror on people. The plan is going off smoothly with Dirt as one of the employees ensuring that bandits led by Kanan get full to access to everything in the jewelry store. Kanan is to led to store’s safe by Dirt where he unlocks it for him, Kanan is a little bit rough with Dirt and he calls Kanan out for it. BIG MISTAKE!
He just gave Kanan all the motivation he needed.
Kanan puts a bullet in Dirt’s head officially paying him back for insulting him at Jukebox’s house last episode. The rest of the gang is startled by the gun shot but when they see Kanan they don’t ask no any questions. They drive off and successfully escape.
Jukebox and rolls up and puts the finishing touches on the job.
Jukebox calls in the robbery but gives them a false description saying they were white instead of black. LOL at the role reversal, take that white privilege.
Greg isn’t the only one with a breakthrough in their case, looks like Angela might have stumbled onto some good news revolving around her investigation.
Angela reveals to Mike that the wife of one of the victims is living in a mansion after her husband was only making a $150k. Clearly Mike is trying to throw off Angela by telling her that possibly the wife got a huge payout from the husband’s life insurance policy. Angela knows it’s possibly hush money and Mike knows it most definitely is! He tell’s Angela to do some more digging and contact him whenever she finds out some new information. Once Angela leaves the office he picks up the bat phone and informs Lobos’ people that they may have a problem now.
We head back to the club and Ghost and Dre are having a meeting before Ghost’s meets with Karen Bassett.
Ghost tells Dre as a reward for all his hard work he’s been putting in since the DJ Taj incident he’s going to let him sit in on the meeting. Karen arrives and Dre already gets back in hot water with Ghost by telling Karen she looks “banging” in her dress. Ghost begins to talk about the potential expansion but Karen quickly shuts that down citing another problem.
She tells Ghost she did more research on him and nobody knows who he is. Ghost responds that his name has been mention in several publications but Karen replies that is not enough. She tells Ghost in order to be even more successful he really has to put his face out there by joining social media. Dre decides throw some input in there as well much to the dismay of Ghost who is clearly annoyed with his young protegé just after praising him. Ghost tells her that his mystery and intrigue is what sells the brand. Karen insists she can’t present him to her board of directors until he gets on social media. She can’t sell Ghosts !
Greg finally makes it San Diego to have that discussion with Ruiz.
Ruiz is really lying low in San Diego taking on a whole new persona as a janitor. Greg uses that his advantage, Ruiz was once a kingpin now reduced to mopping floors just to stay alive. Greg tells Ruiz that he can have his old life back if he helps him take down Ghost, Tommy and Lobos. Greg informs Ruiz that he can keep his family safe from Lobos plus the FBI will not be bothering him if he assists them. Clearly an offer Ruiz cannot easily refuse!
Tommy and Holly pay a visit to Tasha. It’s there Tasha makes a startling discovery about her new business partner.
Tasha notices Holly pouring out the glass of wine she poured for Holly. She then begins to ask Holly what’s up and that’s when the emotions begin to pour out. Tasha immediately knows that Holly is pregnant and takes her into the bathroom to talk about it privately.
Uncle Tommy is having a one on one with his nephew Riq at the request of Tasha.
Riq explains the whole gun situation to Tommy and how he feels about his dad not being there. Tommy sympathizes with Riq but also defends Ghost telling Riq his father loves him more than anything. He also lets Riq know that he’s also there for him whenever he needs him.
Back in the bathroom Tasha and Holly are breaking down the baby situation.
Holly explains to Tasha that she doesn’t know whether or not if she wants to keep the baby or not. Tasha also learns that’s Holly has yet to inform Tommy about the pregnancy. Holly tries to use Tasha as an example for her to go this alone but Tasha shuts that down quickly. Tasha points out that she is most definitely not alone because Ghost isn’t dead and her mom helps her out. Tasha then asks if Holly has met Tommy’s mother? Holly tells her no and Tasha replies good cause that’s one person she really doesn’t want to meet at all.

Looks like James is taking Karen’s advice after all!
Ghost is now making James even more popular by showing his face more and announcing himself to his guest even more. This move might backfire in the end but we shall see.
Back at Tommy’s house things aren’t going too well there with Holly being all worried now.
Tommy clearly isn’t thinking about Ghost and honestly we can all tell he doesn’t want to kill him. Holly brings it back up and Tommy is over it. Trust becomes an issue and Tommy decides to get up and leave. Holly tries to stop him and tell him about the pregnancy but Tommy doesn’t want to talk to her at the moment.
Kanan’s magic stick is officially working again thanks to nurse Candie.
Kanan blesses Candie with a token of his appreciation. He gives Candie a tennis bracelet he took during the heist. He tells her to pawn and get some money for herself so she doesn’t have to rely on Jukebox for everything. Candie tells her that Jukebox gives her everything that she needs. Kanan points she doesn’t give her everything and he gives her something Jukebox can’t. We are blessed with another sex scene as the two go at it in the kitchen while Jukebox is out “serving and protecting”.
Meanwhile Angela’s worst nightmare is coming true.
Not only is Greg back, but he reveals his intentions on bringing down both Ghost and Tommy. Angela sits in the corner painfully taking in the announcement as Mike congratulates Greg on a job well done. Angela is definitely like:
Back at the St.Patrick’s residence Keisha and Tasha are hanging out having some girl talk.
Tasha reveals to Keisha that all her adult life she’s been living for Ghost basically and letting him make all of the decisions from the furniture down to her appearance. Keisha lifts her friend’s spirits by tell her she’s happy the old Tasha is back and that she will find a new man who will spoil her all over again in no time.
The happy moment is quickly interrupted when Keisha finds the gun in Tasha’s handbag.
Keisha is livid initially at the thought of Tasha having the gun in her shop. Tasha convinces Keisha that she only has the gun for safety and no other reason. Keisha calms down and agrees with Tasha owning the gun but makes her promise to keep out of their kids sights.
Dre against his boss wishes just can’t seem to stay out of the old neighborhood. This visit though will prove to be beneficial for Ghost.
During a smoke session Dre learns that Jae Shin’s son Dylan is plotting to kill Tommy for embarrassing him in front of his father.
Meanwhile at the club James is getting his social media on as this club expansion is very important to him.
Dean approaches Ghost trying to talk to tell him something about Karen Bassett but the conversation is interrupted from a phone call from Dre.
Dre informs Ghost about the hit on Tommy and asks him if he wants him to take out the Koreans. Of course Dre wished Ghost said yes to that idea but he tells him to bring his ass back to the club, he’s already in trouble for what he said during the meeting.
Ghost then hangs up and tries to reach Tommy but of course there is no answer.
It’s there James realizes he’s going to have to be Ghost one more time to save his friend.
Tommy is at the church meeting with the crooked priest and picking up payment for the product he moved.
It was all business until Tommy decided to use the time to get some things off his chest. Tommy doesn’t get into specific details but he decides to confide in the priest. He tells him that he can’t do this thing (kill ghost), the priest then puts two and two together and guess it’s not so much the act but who the act is being done against. Before he leaves the priest leaves Tommy with an extremely thought-provoking question?
Tommy leaves the church but he has no idea what’s waiting for him outside.
The Koreans immediately pull up on Tommy and starts letting off a barrage of bullets only catching him in the arm. Tommy hides behind a car so he can regroup assess the situation and prepare to fire back.
Little does he know he has an angel on his side that’s about to save his ass.
A hooded Ghost shows up taking out two of the shooters one of them being Dylan before the car pulls off. Ghost runs off into the night before Tommy can peek up and get a glimpse of him, but there is someone else there watching the whole situation unfold.
Dean is in his parked vehicle watching the whole thing, hmmmm what could he be up too?
Back in D.C. Kanan and Jukebox are celebrating their big score at the strip club.
Jukebox reveals to Kanan that she knows he had sex with Candie and that she told her about it. She also asked why Kanan gave Candie the bracelet and Kanan told her as incentive. Jukebox tells Kanan that all he had to do was ask but that would be the last time him and Candie had sex again. Jukebox then asks Kanan what’s he going to do now that he’s got money. He tells her he’s going to get his revenge on Ghost. Jukebox being the cold person she is puts a different idea in his head. She tells Kanan instead of killing Ghost right away, use him to his advantage till he doesn’t need him anymore like she did with Dirt. She also tells Kanan basically the best revenge is to take something from Ghost the same way Ghost took something from him.
Tommy makes it home after surviving the hit on his life.
Holly is worried after seeing his wound on his arm and asks Tommy who does he think did it? Tommy points out he couldn’t see any faces but the job was professional. He then concludes that it was Lobos who tried to take him out making Holly even more worried.
Holly reassured her boo that everything is going to be okay and that she’s going to take care of it. She puts on her jacket and tells Tommy she’s going to get some bandages and supplies. What is she up too now?
Ghost quickly put the Ghost persona back to bed and heads back to the club.
He spots Dean and tells him they will finish talking in a few, Ghost immediately spots and Karen and the two start to chop it up. Karen is impressed with Ghost’s new social media footprint and the two decide to pose for a picture and she asks Dean who was conveniently walking by to take the picture for them.
Angela is in her thoughts in her office, her think session is interrupted by Saxe.
Saxe wonders why Angela isn’t more excited about the news of Lobos, Ghost and Tommy possibly going down. She points out the fact that it has something to do with Greg, Saxe concludes as long as they go down that’s all that should matter to her.
Angela heads home with a lot on her mind. She downs a bottle of wine to help her ease her thoughts. Ghost walks and the two begin to talk about each others day at their respective offices.
Angela reveals to Ghost she has a lot of doubts about their relationship and she feels that it’s not meant to be. Ghost of course is stubborn and is willing to do whatever takes to make it work. He insists to Angela that he is not going to let her go anywhere.
We catch back up to Holly and somehow someway she finds herself in Queens.
The news of the failed hit on Tommy and him thinking it was Lobos scared her into making a drastic power move. She hires the Jamaican hit-man Tommy told her about to take out Ghost, oh lord Holly what have you done now? SMH
