Congratulations to two Texas stars Simone Manuel & Simone Biles for shining bright in the 2016 Olympics.

Houston’s own Simone Manuel made history as the first black woman to win an Olympic gold medal in an individual swimming event.

Her reaction was absolutely everything. *tears*

Another one of Houston’s stars, Simone Biles, won the 1st place gold medal for the women’s all-around gymnastics.

Biles has been named the world’s best gymnast and also finished with the largest winning margin in 50 years.
